Supplee reads supplier invoices, price lists and quotes you provide, tracks prices over time, and helps you build and send orders to your suppliers. Supplee does not sell goods, is not a party to any order between you and your supplier, and never takes payment on your suppliers' behalf, orders are emailed from you, using your own business details, directly to your supplier.

You create your account and subscribe on the website. The app itself is sign-in only: you sign in with the same email once you have an active subscription. Keep your sign-in details secure, you're responsible for activity on your account.

Supplee Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account on the website; cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period unless we say otherwise. We'll give you reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to you.

Use Supplee for your own business's ordering and procurement. Don't try to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it to store or transmit anything unlawful.

The invoices, price lists, supplier details and orders you put into Supplee are yours. As set out in our privacy policy, that content lives encrypted on your device, we do not hold a copy of it. You're responsible for keeping your own backups.

Supplee, our logo and the app itself are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you beyond the right to use the app and website as intended.

We aim to keep Supplee available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or improve features over time. We'll try to give notice of any change that meaningfully reduces what your subscription includes.

Supplee helps you read and track prices, it doesn't place orders on your behalf or guarantee any supplier's pricing, stock or delivery. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information in the app, or from a supplier's failure to fulfil an order you sent them. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

You can stop using Supplee and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let existing subscribers know by email.
