The app is sign-in only by design, your subscription is set up and managed on the website. It's a common pattern for business tools, and it keeps billing in one place: manage or cancel anytime from your account here.

Upload a PDF or take a photo of a supplier invoice, price list or quote. Supplee reads every line and pulls out the product, price, unit and pack size, no typing it in yourself.

Every product's price is tracked per supplier over time. When one moves, your home screen shows it, for example "Up 43% since 22 Jul", with the old price for context.

Browse your priced ledger and add items to a basket grouped by supplier. Supplee shows progress toward each supplier's minimum order and suggests non-perishables to top up with. Choose delivery or pick-up, and Supplee emails a formatted order to that supplier from your own business details.

Your suppliers, invoices and prices are stored encrypted on your own device, not on our servers. Read the full detail in our privacy policy.

Only the document you upload, and only so it can be read for prices. It's processed and discarded immediately, never stored, never used for training.
